Thistil Mistil Kistil

I’m not quite sure how I came across Thistil Mistil Kistil – I was looking for something else entirely. I swear. Yet there it was: lurking in the Google halls, waiting to be discovered. The tale of a dead viking and his adventure with Loki.

The artwork is very stylized and rather reminds this would-have-been historian of medieval artwork; things from the era it’s set in. The chapters are short but sweet, and the plot thickens as our hero finds himself dead, brought back to life, yelled at by the gods, and ultimately on a quest to find Loki and restore certain items of power… as it were. I really don’t want to give too much away. How about you visit it at: http://tmkcomic.depleti.com/ and we can all have a cup of tea over it later?

In other news, chapter 8 of Akashik has sweetly come to a close – which means it’s time for me to do the usual errand of preparing it up for the printed version for those of you who like that sort of thing. Because this is chapter 8, I’m also under pressure to do a second errand for the second time: preparing the files up for the 4 chapter print book! Woo hoo! How very exciting.

If you visit the Akashik page, you’ll notice a text link in the upper right talking about how you can help see the 2nd chapter book in print. Well, did you know you can also pre-order your chapter 8 book in there? How about you go there, check the place out, see what’s in it for you.
